Refund/Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund rules are designed to keep order handling clear for one-time purchases and monthly subscriptions.

Cancellations

For one-time orders, cancellation eligibility depends on whether the order has already been processed or shipped.

Subscription cancellations

Monthly subscription cancellations requested before the 25th of a month will apply from the coming month. Requests made on or after the 25th may be processed in the following subscription cycle.

Refunds

Refund eligibility, processing timelines, and payment reversal methods will be stated clearly once payments are enabled.

Damaged or incorrect items

Customers should contact support with order details and photos if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
